What is A2 Cow?

A2 cow, also known as A2 Desi cow, is a cow native to India that produces milk containing A2
beta casein protein. A2 milk is considered prestigious and products made from it have cultural
and nutritional value. A2 milk is also known as Desi cow milk.

What is the difference between regular Ghee and A2 Ghee?

Regular Ghee is made from milk that comes from different cow breeds, so it has a mix of
proteins namely, A1 and A2. A2 Ghee, however, is made only from milk of special Indian cow
breeds that have mostly A2 proteins. A2 Ghee is better for digestion and has extra health perks.

How is the taste of our Ghee different from any other Ghee in the market?

Our Ghee is made by churning curd instead of cream (malai), which makes it
more nutritious compared to others. This also gives our Ghee a tastier and more
aromatic flavor because it keeps all the natural goodness of Ghee preserved.

How is Kishalay Organics’ A2 Cow Ghee different from others?

Kishalay Organics' A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made entirely from the milk of desi cows. These cows give
very little amount milk per day, which is more nutritious than milk from foreign breeds that
produce more. Our cows are not given any hormones to increase milk production.
We make our Ghee using a traditional method called Bilona churning with a wooden churner. This
gives our A2 cow Ghee a grainy texture, thicker consistency, and a tempting aroma with superior
flavor.
